Usage

Instructions for use
1. Grasp the support by the top edge and pull it over your forearm. 2. Pull the support up until the soft knitted insert is in the crook of the elbow. The light blue longitudinal seam on the outside will then run over the elbow, and the knitted size indicator will be on the inside of the forearm. 3. For extra comfort, you can use the accompanying strap. This is attached to the hook-and-loop fastener of the support in such a way that the fixed cuff runs over the outside of the forearm. The strap should not be too tight. The triangle on the clasp shows how tight the strap is.
