Instructions for use
1st week: take 35 drops with some water before meals and another 35 drops with water approximately 1 hour before bedtime. After 1 week: take the recommended daily dose of 45 drops once a day with some water approximately 1 hour before bedtime. Please note: Contains alcohol.
