Care For Women Balanced Care. The active ingredient in Balanced Care is DIM. It's nearly impossible to absorb a large amount of DIM from food. Furthermore, much of the beneficial substance is lost during the cooking of vegetables. Besides containing DIM, the product also contains vitamin E.

Ingredients
DIM (3,3"-diindolylmethane), filler (cellulose), broccoli extract 0.5% sulforaphane, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), alpha-tocopheryl succinate 1210 iu/g (natural) (SOY) and HPMC vegetarian capsule.

Usage
Take one capsule orally once a day with water. Take it daily, preferably at the same time each day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised.
This product is vegan.
