What is this medicine used for?
Breathe Right nose strips open your nose so you can breathe more air.

Directions for use
Step 1: The adhesive side won't adhere well to wet, oily, or hydrated skin. Therefore, wash and dry your nose before use.
Step 2: Remove the protective strip and place the adhesive sides of the nose strip directly above where your nostrils protrude.
Step 3: Gently rub the nose strip to ensure it adheres securely to your nose.
Step 4: You can easily remove the nose strip afterward. Loosen the ends and pull the nose strip off from the sides of your nostrils toward the center. This is easiest after washing your face with warm water for 10 seconds to slightly dampen the strip.

Contraindications
Do not use if you are allergic to latex. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
