Instructions for use
Step 1: The adhesive side will not stick well to wet, oily, or moisturized skin. Therefore, wash and dry your nose before use. Step 2: Remove the protective strip and place the adhesive sides of the nasal strip directly above the area where your nostrils flare out. Step 3: Gently rub the nasal strip to ensure it is firmly attached to your nose. Step 4: You can easily remove the nasal strip afterwards. Loosen the ends and pull the nasal strip off from the sides of the nostrils towards the middle. This is easiest after washing your face with warm water for 10 seconds, so that the strip becomes slightly moist.
