Bountiful Wildflower honey cream

Honey is a natural product. Bees collect nectar from flowers and convert it into honey with the help of enzymes. The color and taste of honey are largely determined by the origin of the nectar, but the degree of crystallization also affects the taste. When the beekeeper seeds the honey with a very small amount of finely crystallizing honey and then stirs the honey daily for a few weeks, creamed honey is obtained as the final product.

Delicious on bread, in tea, and suitable for cooking and baking. To preserve nutrients, do not heat above 37 degrees Celsius.

Storage advice
Sometimes honey crystallizes over time. This is a natural process and is easily remedied. Place the entire jar in a pan of lukewarm water for half an hour. Store at room temperature. Babies under 1 year old should not eat honey because honey naturally contains an enzyme that can be harmful to them.
