Usage
If you're just starting to use maca powder, you should gradually increase your intake. The recommended daily intake is 2 teaspoons (2.5-5g). It's delicious stirred into yogurt with fresh fruit, added to smoothies, fruit juice, or nut milk, and even in your coffee or tea. Maca develops a unique and delicious flavor when combined with raw cacao. Maca powder can be added to all cacao treats, homemade desserts, sweet treats, salads, salad dressings, jams, broths, soups, and puddings. Maca powder also serves as an excellent emulsifier.
