Bountiful Organic Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed comes from the flax plant, and the oil is therefore also called linseed oil. You can easily use flaxseed over a green salad or add it to a pasta or rice meal.

Bountiful flaxseed oil can be used in various ways. For example, for cooking. However, it is not advisable to fry or roast in the oil. It is not suitable for that. This is because harmful substances are released when flaxseed oil is heated to a high temperature. Other oils are more suitable for this. However, flaxseed oil can be very well used in, for example, a salad dressing, sauce, soup, or yogurt.
