Linseed broken organic Crushed flaxseed can be used in many dishes. The uncrushed variety is of better quality than the crushed variety, as the oxidation process has not affected the product. Crushed flaxseed is better absorbed by the body than uncrushed flaxseed. Only grind/crushed flaxseed shortly before use. Crushed flaxseed is rich in fiber.
Usage Flaxseed can be added to muesli and incorporated into bread, cookies, muffins, and even pizza crust. You can sprinkle it over a salad or even mix a little flaxseed with cooked rice (add it after cooking). The possibilities with flaxseed are endless.
