Usage
Use approximately 1-2 tablespoons daily with muesli, smoothies or juices. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.In yogurt or quark – Stir 1 tablespoon into your breakfast for a soft texture and healthy fats.In smoothies – Use 1 tablespoon in your smoothie.In coffee or tea – Use 1 teaspoon. Dissolves well in hot drinks and gives a mild taste.Over salads or in dressings – Mix 1 tablespoon into vinaigrettes to help oil and vinegar blend well.
