Ingredients
Multi Vital Forte Active (tablet): Minerals, vitamins, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), cellulose (HPC)), mixed tocopherols, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), natural beta-carotene, DMAE, Chlorella, Spirulina, choline bitartrate, inositol, MSM, citrus bioflavonoids, bamboo extract, PABA, D-biotin, glazing agent (HPMC, MCT oil). Omega-3 MSC (small oval softgel): Fish oil concentrate (contains fish), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol, water), antioxidant (natural mixed tocopherols). Vitamin D3 25 mcg/1000 IU (small round softgel): Filler (extra virgin olive oil), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, water), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Usage
Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 tablet Multi Vital Forte Active, 1 softgel Omega-3 MSC and 1 capsule Vitamin D3 once a day during or immediately after a meal.

Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
