That's why we've chosen a fluoride variant that also occurs naturally: calcium fluoride, instead of the commonly used chemical variants sodium fluoride or stannous fluoride.
This toothpaste was originally called "perio care." Some packages of perio care are still in circulation.

Usage
Use bluem® toothpaste every day as a regular toothpaste. Brush at least twice a day with a soft toothbrush for best results. To remove all plaque, use the toothbrush at the correct angle. Brush for at least two minutes, being gentle on teeth and gums, which are living tissues. Always be careful with the soft tissues in your mouth. Dr. Blijdorp recommends brushing after every meal with his unique formula based on active oxygen.

For children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to minimize swallowing.
If fluoride from another source is used, consult a dentist.

Storage advice
Keep closed, out of reach of children.

Contains: Calcium Fluoride (1000 ppm F). Not for use in children under 6 years of age.

Milk protein allergy: Our toothpastes contain lactoferrin, which is produced in a factory that also processes lactose. Therefore, it may contain traces of lactose. Since only a very low percentage of lactoferrin is added, this poses no risk to lactose-intolerant users. We haven't heard of any allergic reactions yet, but if you are severely allergic to lactose (milk sugar) or cow's milk protein, please be aware!
