How to use
Brush at least twice a day for a minimum of two minutes with a soft toothbrush. One of the best methods for brushing your teeth is the so-called 'Bass' method. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gum line. Brush each tooth by moving the brush up and down in a gentle circular motion. Make sure to brush all teeth and all surfaces this way – including the outside, the inside, and the top of the teeth. Try to hold the brush in a vertical position and move it from top to bottom to reach difficult spots. And don't forget to brush your tongue; this will prevent bad breath.
