Bluem Teeth & Bone FormulaBluem Teeth & Bone Formula
Brushing alone is not enough!
At bluem®, we believe that the mouth is the beginning of your digestive system. Brushing alone is not enough for a healthy mouth. That is why we have specially developed a nutritional supplement to complement daily oral care. We call it supplements for health, teeth & bone formula!
bluem® teeth & bone formula contains a unique composition of high-quality ingredients, such as biologically active magnesium, copper, manganese, zinc, boron, vitamin C, vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid. In addition, it also contains high doses of calcium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2.
Oral care from within
The minerals and vitamins have a beneficial effect on teeth and bones. We selected the most optimal combination of vitamins and minerals. The way bluem® teeth & bone formula works is called 'synergistic', because the different nutrients in this composition positively reinforce each other's properties. Precisely because of this synergy, the biological proportions and the high quality of the ingredients, our supplements are used in many practices to support dental treatment.

Claims
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3, a fat-soluble vitamin, is important for strong bones and teeth and promotes the absorption of the minerals calcium and phosphorus from the intestine and regulates calcium metabolism in the body. Vitamin D also plays a role in maintaining resistance and proper muscle function. Vitamin D has a caries-inhibiting effect at a serum concentration above 75-100 nmol/ml. The most important source of vitamin D is sunlight. Vitamin D is produced in the skin under the influence of sunlight. Vitamin D works best in conjunction with vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin K. Bluem Teeth & Bone Formula contains a high dose of natural vitamin D3 from wool fat (suitable for vegetarians).
Vitamin K2
Vitamin K, a fat-soluble vitamin, is important for blood clotting, but also for bone metabolism. Vitamin K is more important for our health than we previously thought. Vitamin K is indispensable for the activity of osteocalcin, a bone protein that plays an important role in the formation and maintenance of healthy and well-mineralized bone tissue. Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) performs these new functions much better than vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), the primary source of vitamin K in Western diets.
Vitamin K is also essential for the activity of a special tissue protein (matrix Gla protein) which, by binding calcium, helps to keep the artery wall, joint cartilage, and other soft tissues in the body smooth and clean. Vitamin K transports calcium to the bones. For Bluem Teeth & Bone Formula, a high dose of natural vitamin K2 from natto has been chosen.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6, a water-soluble vitamin, is involved in more than 100 enzymatic reactions in the body, which are mainly related to energy production and the metabolism of fats and proteins. B6 (pyridoxine) is important for resistance and digestion. In addition, it plays a role in the formation of red blood cells and also ensures proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 has been added to Bluem Teeth & Bone Formula to promote the absorption of Magnesium into the cell. Vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid lower homocysteine levels. High homocysteine levels are common in osteoporosis and can damage bones and collagen.
Vitamin B11
Folic acid (vitamin B11) is important for a well-functioning nervous system and immune system. Folic acid also plays an important role in cell division, the formation of amino acids, and the formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid lower homocysteine levels. High homocysteine levels are common in osteoporosis and can damage bones and collagen.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is important for good resistance. In addition, it plays a role in the formation of healthy red blood cells, ensures proper functioning of the nervous system, and contributes to energy supply. Furthermore, it plays a role in the metabolism of folic acid and promotes cellular repair processes. Vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid lower homocysteine levels. High homocysteine levels are common in osteoporosis and can damage bones and collagen.
Zinc
Zinc is found in all body tissues and is needed for the synthesis of proteins and thus for the growth and renewal of tissue (wound healing). Zinc ensures healthy bones, hair, and skin, and a good memory. In addition, it plays a role in the breakdown and synthesis of carbohydrates and fats and catalyzes more than 100 enzymes. Zinc is part of the hormone insulin and ensures that the immune system works properly. It also contributes to fertility. Zinc and copper are antagonists and are therefore preferably taken in combination.
Calcium
The body contains more calcium than any other mineral and is the building block for strong bones and teeth. Calcium is also necessary for the proper functioning of muscles and for transmitting impulses to nerves. Calcium is also involved in wound healing, blood clotting, blood pressure regulation, cell growth, and hormone metabolism. In addition, it contributes to the energy supply of our body cells. Calcium absorption from the small intestine is partly dependent on sufficient intake of vitamin A, C, and D, magnesium, and proteins. The correct distribution of calcium in the body is partly dependent on sufficient vitamin K2.
Magnesium
Magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. Magnesium is needed for the metabolism of calcium and vitamin C, the transmission of nerve impulses, and the proper functioning of muscles. Furthermore, magnesium ensures healthy bones and teeth and is needed for muscle growth. It also contributes to the energy supply of our body, relaxes blood vessels, and counteracts an increase in blood pressure.
Although the above-mentioned minerals are indispensable for healthy bone metabolism, their effectiveness is limited if they do not receive assistance from vitamin D3 and K2.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), a water-soluble vitamin, is primarily important for good resistance. In addition, vitamin C helps keep blood vessels healthy and elastic and lowers cholesterol levels. All tissues that give our body structure and firmness, such as joints, tendons, skin, muscles (including the heart muscle), bones, and connective tissue, depend on the constructive activity of vitamin C. Vitamin C ensures healthy bones, teeth, skin, and blood vessels and speeds up the healing process after a surgical procedure.
Vitamin A
Vitamin A occurs in 2 forms, as vitamin A (retinol) and as provitamin A (β-carotene). It is a fat-soluble vitamin, is involved in immunity and is therefore also called the anti-infection vitamin. It promotes growth, eyesight, gives strong bones, healthy skin, healthy hair, strong teeth and gums. Vitamin A promotes wound healing after a dental procedure. β-carotene has been added to the Bluem formula as an easily absorbable form of vitamin A.
Manganese
The essential mineral manganese is needed for the formation of bone and connective tissue. Furthermore, manganese is involved in the metabolism of amino acids, cholesterol, and carbohydrates. In addition, it contributes to the protection of body cells from oxidative stress and to the energy supply for our body.
Copper
Copper ensures that iron is stored in hemoglobin, the red pigment in our blood, and thus plays a role in oxygen transport in the body. Copper is also involved in skin and hair pigmentation and in connective tissue and bone formation. Copper is also important for good resistance and contributes to the energy supply of our body. Zinc and copper are antagonists and are therefore preferably taken in combination.
