When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Step 1: Fill in the return details on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Then download a copy of the returns form. Would you like to exchange the product for another one? Please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. We will credit or refund the cost of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the original postage costs. Please contact customer services for further information about our returns policy. The added Argan and Radish Seed oil ensure nourished and, at the same time, supple skin. The gentle Orange Blossom scent completes it and cheers you up.
The bar is naturally coloured with beta-carotene, giving it a light and fresh yellow colour. The Make-up remover is also completely free of perfume and alcohol, ensuring that the bar does not cause irritation. The added Orange Blossom essential oil still gives the Make-up remover bar a wonderful scent.

How to use the Vegan Make-up remover bar?
The Make-up remover Bar is the first step in your Vegan Facial Care routine. You can easily use it by first wiping a damp cotton pad or cloth over the bar. Score bonus points by using a reusable cotton pad for this! Clean your face with this cloth or cotton pad and then rinse your face with warm water. Now you can move forward with clean and nourished skin!
