Ingredients

Usage
Take 1 capsule with sufficient water half an hour before breakfast in the morning and 2 capsules half an hour before lunch in the afternoon.Do not take a capsule in the evening before dinner or before bedtime!Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.Green tea:Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
