Ingredients
Saw palmetto extract, star gourd seeds, willowherb, gelatin (capsule shell), beta-sitosterol, selenium, zinc, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) and lycopene.

Instructions for use
Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals. It is recommended to take the capsules with plenty of water (at least 1 glass). Always consult your doctor when using in combination with medication.
