Ingredients
Thickeners (starch, sodium croscarmellose), minerals: Magnesium (as magnesium oxide), Calcium (calcium carbonate), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), cottonseed and anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate).

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets with sufficient water with the evening meal.

After use, store this product in a dark, well-closed place, at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight during storage.
