Usage
Daily dosage: Take 1 dessert spoon (6.5 g) pure or mixed in muesli, yoghurt, milk, fruit juice or raw vegetables 1 to 2 times as needed.
Do not dissolve in hot drinks, as important essential fatty acids will be lost.
