Usage
As a dietary supplement or maintenance dose:
Take 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals with sufficient water.
As a daily dose:
day 1: 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals,
day 2: 3 tablets 3 times a day,
day 3: 4 tablets 3 times a day,
day 4: 6 tablets 3 times a day.
Use this dosage for as long as needed. Then reduce the dosage to 2 tablets 3 times a day.

Storage instructions
After use, store this product in a dark place, tightly closed, at room temperature.
