Ingredients
Thickener (guar flour), capsule shell (cellulose), potassium, iron, silicic acid, calcium, manganese, zinc, magnesium, sodium, chloride, sunflower lecithin, anti-caking agent (potassium phosphate), acid (citric acid).

Usage
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day before or during meals with sufficient water.
