Use
Preparation for chocolate cakeAdd 3 eggs, 70 ml (1/2 glass) milk or plant-based drink, 90 grams of fat to the mixture.Preheat the oven to 180 °C.Put the mixture in a bowl.Add the cold milk (or plant-based drink) together with the whole eggs.Mix well before adding the melted fat.Whisk vigorously with a whisk or a hand mixer until the mixture becomes frothy.Pour into a pre-greased round tin (24 cm diameter) and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.The cake is done baking when a knife inserted 2 cm from the edge of the cake comes out dry.However, when the knife is inserted into the middle of the cake, it should come out with chocolate residue.Remove from the tin when the cake has cooled completely.
