Instructions
For 8 pieces of brownie:Add to your preparation:3 eggs, 150 grams of fatPreheat the oven to 200°C.Grease and flour a rectangular or square baking tin (max 20 x 20 cm).Melt the fat in a large pan. Once liquid, remove the pan from the heat and add the mix.Stir until you obtain a homogeneous mass.Add the eggs one by one - stirring well between each egg (with dried fruit if desired) and pour the batter into the tin.Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.Carefully observe the brownies until 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the baking time.
