Ingredients
Ascorbyl palmitate; gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; taurine; L-methionine; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ginkgo extract (Ginkgo biloba 7%); zinc citrate; maltodextrin; firming agent: ethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; glazing agent: magnesium stearate; pyridoxine HCl; thiamine mononitrate; riboflavin; colour: copper chlorophyllin; cyanocobalamin; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) (0.05%); pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

Usage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 2 x 1 capsule per day.
Do not use for longer than 4 to 6 weeks (during periods of increased intellectual activity e.g. exams).
