The Biotona Matcha travel kit includes a bamboo whisk and a bamboo scoop. Two indispensable accessories for preparing the perfect Matcha. Thanks to the handy storage case, you can take your whisk and scoop with you anywhere and enjoy your tea ritual anywhere. The original Bamboo Whisk is used for ceremonially preparing Matcha. With its 100 fine bristles, curled at the ends, you can lightly whisk your tea. Crafting the bamboo whisk is a traditional Japanese craft. Harvesting, drying, and cutting the bamboo stalks is a true craft and requires immense care and precision. The Bamboo Scoop is used in the traditional tea ceremony to precisely measure the precious Matcha powder.
Usage
Using the bamboo scoop, add the perfect amount of tea to the water in the ceremonial tea bowl (Matcha Bowl) and whisk the tea with the bamboo whisk until frothy. The whisk helps the tea dissolve beautifully in the water, creating a frothy "cappuccino" head.
Rinse the whisk and let it dry on the green whisk holder.
