170 mg Nettle root extract (Urticae radix)

5.3 mg Zinc (as zinc gluconate) (53% RI*)
27.5μg Selenium (as selenium-enriched yeast) (50% RI*)
16.7 mg Tomato extract (1 mg natural lycopene)

Ingredients Pumpkin seed oil; gelatin; nettle root extract; saw palmetto extract; humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; water; minerals; plant sterols 2.7%; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; tomato extract; emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; glazing agent: beeswax; vitamin E; colour: iron oxide.
Usage Adult men: Take 1 capsule with water once a day, preferably before a meal.
If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take the capsule with a meal.
Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols per day. This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications, use this product only under the supervision of a doctor.
Eat fruits and vegetables regularly to maintain carotenoid levels.
