Claims

Ingredients
Pumpkin seed oil; gelatin; nettle root extract; saw palmetto extract; humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; water; minerals; plant sterols 2.7%; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; tomato extract; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; glazing agent: beeswax; vitamin E; colour: iron oxide.

Use
Adult men: Take 1 capsule preferably before a meal with water. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take the capsule during a meal. Minimum recommended duration of use: 2-3 months. Avoid consumption of more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day. This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication, use the product only under medical supervision. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables regularly to maintain carotenoid levels. Only suitable for use by adult men.

Storage advice
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place (in the original packaging).
