Pumpkin seed oil; gelatin; nettle root extract; saw palmetto extract; humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; water; minerals; plant sterols 2.7%; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; tomato extract; emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; glazing agent: beeswax; vitamin E; colour: iron oxide.
Usage
Adult men: Take 1 capsule preferably before a meal with water.
If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take the capsule with a meal.
Minimum recommended period of use: 2-3 months.
Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols/stanols per day.
This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels.
If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications, use the product only under the supervision of a doctor.
Eat fruits and vegetables regularly to maintain carotenoid levels.
