Composition

Composition per maximum daily dose of 4 tablets:
Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.)	1332 mg

Ingredients
Valerian root extract, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, fatty acids, silicon dioxide, humectant: cross-linked cellulose gum, color: iron oxide, stabilizer: beta-cyclodextrin, flavourings.

Use
Adults: 1 tablet 2 to 4 times a day. Take the doses spread throughout the day with water. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. This product should preferably not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage advice
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
