Composition

Composition per daily dose of 2 capsules:
400 mg valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis),
120 mg hop extract (Humulus lupulus),
160 mg lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis),
0.2 mg melatonin.

May contain traces of
milk

Ingredients
SOY oil, gelatin, valerian extract, humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, water, lemon balm extract, hop extract, (lactose (MILK), anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, colourants: iron oxide, stabiliser: silicon dioxide, melatonin.

Usage
Take 2 capsules with water half an hour before going to bed. Read the enclosed instructions for use before use. Do not use in combination with medicines that depress the central nervous system, such as antidepressants and sedatives (sleeping pills). Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage advice
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
