Compound Composition per daily dose of 2 capsules:
400 mg valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis),
120 mg hop extract (Humulus lupulus),
160 mg balm extract (Melissa officinalis),
0.2 mg melatonin.
Ingredients SOY oil, gelatin, valerian extract, humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, water, lemon balm extract, hop extract, (lactose (MILK), anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, colourings: iron oxide, stabiliser: silicon dioxide, melatonin.
Usage Take 2 capsules with water half an hour before going to bed.

Do not use in combination with medicines that depress the central nervous system, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers (sleeping pills).
Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
