For the first time, it's now possible to easily test for Helicobacter Pylori at home (with just one small drop of blood). The test provides a clear answer and is very easy to perform at your convenience.

This (stomach) bacterium is responsible for 80% of stomach ulcers. It also plays a role in the development of gastric mucosal inflammation and, eventually, stomach cancer. Early detection of this bacterium is therefore crucial, as it can be effectively treated.

This self-test is suitable for home use. However, it cannot distinguish between a previous infection and a current infection. The result is available within minutes. The test requires only a small drop of blood to detect antibodies against Helicobacter pylori ("stomach ulcer" bacteria). This bacterium is generally easily treated with one or more antibiotics, often in combination with antacids.

Stomach-Check® is recommended for:

1. Complaints (such as (vague) pain in the stomach area, nausea, bloating, loss of appetite and sometimes vomiting)
2. A suspicion of the presence of the bacteria.

After a confirmed infection and antibiotic treatment, it takes an average of up to six months for the antibodies to disappear from the blood. You can easily do this at home. Antibiotic treatment does not guarantee that the Helicobacter Pylori bacteria will not resurface.
