Biocafé Decaf consists of 100% Arabica beans from Latin America. The medium roast provides a surprising complexity of fresh notes and dark chocolate. The result is a mild coffee with an aromatic aftertaste to enjoy every day. To make the coffee caffeine-free, the caffeine is removed from the bean while it is still green. The other flavor-determining substances remain in the coffee bean. For this coffee, the H2OC method is used; by rinsing the green beans with water for a long time, the caffeine dissolves in the water.
