Starch (corn, potato), flours (corn, millet), thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum).

Usage
Supplies:
- 100 grams of mix
- 1 egg
- 120 mL milk
- 50 ml oil
- 30 grams of icing sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour the batter into a hot nonstick pan (no fat). Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Store in a dry, dark place.
