Instructions
1. Cut the chicken fillet or tofu into cubes and the vegetables into strips. Prepare the coconut milk.2. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (e.g., sesame oil) along with spice mix 1 (the small sachet) to a non-stick pan. Then place it on the heat and warm the mixture. Add the chicken fillet or tofu as soon as you start to smell the spices and sear it. Then add vegetables and cook with it.3. Then stir the coconut milk and spice mix 2 (the large sachet) into the mixture. Finally, simmer with a closed lid for 6 minutes until cooked through. Stir occasionally.
