Ingredients L-theanine extracted from green tea 40%, Quinoa powder (B complex, Chenopodium quinoa Willd.), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), y-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-tyrosine, Zinc L-pidolate 20.3%, Saffron extract 3:1 (Crocus sativus L.) Acacia fibers (Acacia seyal Delile), glazing agent: pectin, Pyridoxal 5" phosphate (vit. B6) 68%, Methylcobalamin (vit. B12) 0.1%, Glucosamine 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (vit. B9) 55%.
Usage 1-2 capsules/day. In the morning with a meal.
Use less than 800 mg epigallocatechin (-)-3-gallate (EGCG) per day.
Do not use if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day.
Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG): 10 mg/2 caps. Not for use by pregnant/breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
Do not consume on an empty stomach.
Saffron may have an abortifacient effect when taken in high doses.
According to medical advice in case of simultaneous use of chemical antidepressants or levodopa or in case of hyperthyroidism.
People with bipolar or unipolar depressive disorders should not take GABA.
