Ingredients Nopal extract 10:1 (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.), L-carnitine tartrate 68%, Acacia fibers (Acacia seyal Delile), Guarana seed extract 4:1 (Paullinia cupana Kunth), Zinc picolinate 21.5%, Nicotinamide (vit. B3), Calcium D-pantothenate (vit. B5), Pyridoxal-5" phosphate (vit. B6), Thiamine HCl (vit. B1), Riboflavin (vit. B2), D-biotin (vit. B8).
Usage 1-2 capsules/day. In the morning with a meal.
Contains caffeine. For adults only. Do not use during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Long-term use of guarana is not recommended, as its high tannin content can hinder the absorption of nutrients in the intestines. Therefore, limit use to a course of 2-3 weeks. Use according to medical advice for people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, insomnia, anxiety disorders, or gastric or intestinal ulcers. Do not use simultaneously with stimulants, as there is a risk of increased adverse effects from caffeine. Follow medical advice when taking medications, as guarana may interact with painkillers, clozapine, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). In combination with these medications, guarana may cause tachycardia, low blood pressure, hyperthermia, encephalopathy, and rhabdomyolysis.
Precautions: Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice.
