Interactions and contraindications:
As per medical advice during treatment with vitamin K coumarin anticoagulants or enzymes or when the RDA is exceeded.
A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA, with a maximum of 5 g/day of EPA + DHA.
