The formula of Natur-K2D3 3000 contains:
• Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, the most active form that our bodies can best absorb. Here in a high dose of 3000 IU.
• Vitamin K2 as MK-7 from fermentation. This form is exceptionally stable and bioavailable.
Especially recommended for the over 50s:
As we age, our skin becomes less able to produce vitamin D. Moreover, it's important for seniors to maintain their bone mass and immunity.

Usage

Storage instructions
In case of proven deficiencies, follow medical advice for pregnant and breastfeeding women. For adults only. Follow medical advice if cumulative doses exceed the RI, as vitamin D can cause nausea, diarrhea, unusual thirst, and weight loss. Not suitable for people taking coumarin anticoagulants.
