Because the dried root of black cohosh contains tannins, iron supplements should be taken at a different time than tannin-containing products.
Ashwagandha should not be used in hemochromatosis.
As advised by a doctor, use with antidepressants, antihypertensives, diabetes medications, or immunosuppressants. Consult your doctor about use and duration of use.
Do not use if you have liver problems.
Not recommended for known cross-allergies, especially to plants of the Asteracea family.
