Usage
Adults:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a doctor. Take in the morning or evening with a meal.
Caution when using thyroid medication. Concomitant use of antidepressants is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Not to be used by children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
