Directions for use
1 to 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as advised by a physician. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.

Storage advice
Interactions and contraindications: The daily amount of ß-carotene in cumulative doses should not exceed 50,000 IU/day or 500 mg of turmeric. Consult a physician if pregnant or if the RDA is exceeded.
