Usage
1 to 4 capsules per day, with a meal or as advised by a doctor.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.

Interactions and contraindications:
No contraindications below 100 µg/day for women and 127 µg/day for men, in cumulative Cr doses. Follow medical advice if the RDA is exceeded. Compatible with diets for insulin-dependent diabetics.
