Ingredients
Spermidine-rich WHEAT GERM EXTRACT (WHEAT), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide (nano), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Usage
Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water (250 ml) at breakfast.
