Pantothenic acid/Vitamin B5: 3.0 mg (50% RI),
Vitamin B12: 1.25 mcg (50% RI)

Pantothenic acid/Vitamin B5: 18 mg (300% RI)
Vitamin B12: 7.5 mcg (300% RI)

Ingredients
Glycerine, water, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12, natural flavours (elderflower, lemon, lime), Bach® flower blend (dilution of flower essences of Impatiens glandulifera Royle, Ornithogalum umbellatum L., Helianthemum nummularium (L.) Mill., Prunus cerasifera Ehrh., Clematis vitalba L.).

Usage
Spray 3 times on the tongue as needed. Max. 18 sprays (6 servings) per day.
