Bulking agents (calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose), capsule [gelling agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, carrageenan), acidity regulator (potassium acetates)], Crocus sativus stigma extract (saffron), L-theanine, pantothenic acid, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), vitamin B12, Rescue Bach Flower mixture (grape alcohol 27% v/v., aqueous dilution of flower tincture of Impatiens glandulifera Royle, Ornithogalum umbellatum L., Helianthemum nummularium (L.) Mill, Prunus cerasifera Ehrh, Clematis vitalba L).

Usage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over, take 1 capsule per day.
