Directions for use
For use on neck, shoulders, back, elbows, arms, legs and knees

1. Remove the foil from the patch and apply it to cleansed skin.
2. By pressing the patch with your hand while ironing, the effect can be enhanced.
3. Protect the sachet from heat and reseal it well after opening.

For better adhesion, the plaster can be pre-filled with the supplied adhesive net or secured with tape.
