Usage
Wrap the compress without the storage bag in a cotton cloth and heat it in the microwave at 700–800 watts for 30 to a maximum of 50 seconds. Place the heating compress with the Comfort fleece side facing the desired area of the body. If the heat diminishes, the compress can be reheated in the microwave in 5–10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
