Directions for use
Cold: Store the compress in its storage bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use. Apply a cold compress with the comfortable fleece side to the desired area of ​​the body. Do not apply cold therapy to the same area for longer than 5 minutes.

Warm: Wrap the compress in a cloth without a storage bag and heat it in the microwave at 700-800 watts for 30 to a maximum of 50 seconds. Place the warm compress with the comfortable fleece side on the desired area of ​​the body. To warm compresses that have not yet cooled, heat them in the microwave in 5-10 second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
