Vitamin K2 is mainly found in green leafy vegetables like cauliflower, kale, spinach, and alfalfa. We don't eat enough of these vegetables to get the recommended amount of vitamin K.
Vitamin K has been known since its discovery as a substance that contributes to healthy blood clotting. Vitamin K helps with normal blood clotting. Adequate vitamin K2 ensures the proper processing and transport of calcium and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients
Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7), calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose (bulker), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (thickener).
Usage
Take 1 tablet per day with plenty of water.
Storage instructions
When using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin), consult an expert before using a vitamin K2 supplement.
It is recommended that you consult your doctor or specialist before using any product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
