Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, microcrystalline cellulose (E460, acid), CMS-Na, HPMC, hypromellose, carboxy-methylcellulose, magnesium stearate.

Usage
Take 1 tablet twice daily with plenty of water during a meal.It is recommended to consult your doctor or an expert before using any products during pregnancy and breastfeeding.Magnesium may have a laxative effect.
