Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, microcrystalline cellulose (E460, acid), CMS-Na, HPMC, hyppromellose, carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate.

Usage
Take 1 tablet twice a day with plenty of water during a meal.
It is recommended that you consult your doctor or specialist before using any product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Magnesium can have a laxative effect.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry, dark, closed place at room temperature (15-25°C).
