Usage
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with water during the evening meal, or as professionally prescribed.

- Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age.

- Should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol lowering medications.
