Usage
Bath: 250 to 350 grams of salt at a temperature of 36 degrees.
Foot bath or scrub: Lukewarm foot bath with a tablespoon of Himalayan salt or make a scrub of olive oil and therapeutic Himalayan salt.
Himalayan salt in dishes: This can of course also be used as table salt.
